The freshwater is well balanced between the sweet biscuity malt and the thirst quenching hop flavour and crispy clean finish.

Triple dry-hopped, the all American grown hop varieties are allowed to shine with citrus, pine, fruity notes and a nice dry, bitter finish. 

The mosaic IPA has bucket loads of tropical fruit, peach and melon on the nose and palate, balanced by a moderate bitterness and light malt base.

Bright yeast driven aromatics are prominent with notes of pepper, orange, banana, and spicy clove. Malt character exhibits a subtle breadiness, a hint of malt sweetness with some supporting rye spice. A herbal and citrus hop profile compliments the beer’s complex nature without being overly dominant. Firm bitterness and a dry finish leave you satisfied and wanting more. 

This beer is based on classic American styled pale ales, crisp and refreshing, with a mouthful of aromatic hops. Beechworth pale ale is bound to satisfy hop heads and make a definite impression on those new to the craft beer scene.

Mild cloudy Australian pale ale. Soft fruity aromas and light biscuity malt giving a nice light mouth feel. Easy drinking and great on a hot summers day after mowing the lawn. This beer is gluten reduced. 

Similar to a West Coast IPA. Floral nose with notes of citrus and pine. Medium bodied with a nice punch of hops and a solid malt finish. A great beer for lovers of big full flavoured brews it cranks. This beer is gluten reduced.

Sprocket features mosaic lupulin powder, a new hop product that adds intense tropical fruit flavours, and then kicks in with further hops including Amarillo, Citra & galaxy. This beer is gluten reduced. 

A red IPA, with a resiny hop and caramel malt character, red nut features fortnight, mosaic, Citra, EKG, and Amarillo hops for a big hoppy punch on top of a strong, dark, malt base.
