We prepare the food off site at our commercial kitchen & use professional insulated food carriers to deliver it hot & fresh at your party. We provide the hot dishes in aluminium trays & salads in plastic bowls, we also provide disposable tongs to serve the food.
A minimum order of 50 guests is required for cooking & serving on-site. For chefs on site to cook your barbecue & waiters to assist you with set-up, serving, & cleaning up - Please refer to the "staffing" section below.
