Brothers Jesse and Jackson trucked to every farmer’s market on the east coast to sell their family’s award-winning dressings. Everywhere they went, people were struggling with the same issue. Everyone wanted to be healthy and fit, but they couldn’t find ways to eat fresh greens in a quick, convenient, and yes, tasty way.
The brothers made the ultimate life decision to reconnect people to the fresh food they craved. They would source farm fresh produce, bring out the flavours further with their family’s award-winning dressing, and serve it fresh in a beautiful, relaxed venue. Jan, their mum and an experienced restauranteur, jumped in to help bring their vision to life.
The first Greenstreat opened in their hometown Albury in 2018, inviting a line around the block. Every store that opened since has drawn a loyal following of people who share their commitment to a healthier, happier lifestyle. This is just the happy beginning as the brothers have their eyes set on treating the world to the freshest, tastiest greens.
