Our dark chocolate & hazelnut granola is made in house using organic oats & premium dutch chocolate. Paired with natural Greek style yoghurt, 100% pure Canadian maple syrup, & freeze dried raspberries.

Our Ham & Cheese Croissant is filled using free range & naturally double smoked ham, Swiss cheese, & smokey tomato relish.

Our ricotta is whipped to a smooth & creamy consistency with the addition of honey for a subtle sweetness. Topped with layers of beautiful Jamón Serrano, & you have yourself a winning flavour combo.

Delicate & indulgent — our mini pastries are crafted to golden perfection, offering a delightful balance of flaky layers, rich fillings, & a touch of sweetness. Our Danish trio features: Vanilla Cheesecake crème filling topped with apricot & chopped pistachios; Caramelised apple with vanilla cheesecake crème; Crème pâtissèrie topped with rhubarb & raspberry compote & finished with flaked almonds.
