White tea orange blossom with a textural citrus drive gifted from the Blenheim Vineyard in the Clare Valley.

Oak influence plays a minor role in this fruit driven, spicy offering that is mainly Sangiovese with a small portion of alternate varieties allowed under this DOCG.

Farina of Veneto was founded in the early 1900s with a passion & desire for producing the highest quality wines possible from the Veneto region. Cousins Claudio & Elena Farina; now 3rd generation are responsible for the continuity of the Farina tradition & oversee all elements of production & evolution. 

Whole berries were retained after destemming the bunches (no crushing took place), before a cool, open-top fermentation. Fermented slowly for 12 days on skins & then basket pressed to seasoned French Hogsheads for 10 months of maturation. Bottled without any fining or filtration.

Brilliant pale green in appearance, with a lifted tropical fruit bouquet of pineapple & passionfruit, a hint of lemongrass & freshly cut lime. These characters flow through to a juicy, fruit-driven palate & a crisp lingering finish.

This wine is a pale lemon colour with fresh green tints. The bright, fruit driven wine displays an array of citrus, melon, soft white peach & ripe strawberry flavours. The creamy, textural mid-palate extends into a crisp, refreshing finish.

Founded in 1772, the Veuve Clicquot house has since lived by its motto, "Only one quality, the finest". "Yellow Label" is its signature champagne, the symbol of the House's art of blending, defining the Veuve Clicquot style through a perfect balance of strength, aromatic intensity, freshness & silkiness. 

Extremely popular, Argentinian Malbec is an inky, medium-bodied, dry red wine with strong impressions of dark fruits on the nose & palate. 

A natural farmhouse-style cider made with locally grown Royal Gala & Pink Lady apples. You won’t find any added sugar, syrups or water in our cider. We use 100% Aussie apples & brewer yeast to help kick off the fermentation. The result is a natural fruit sweetness with a tart apple finish. Gluten-free (but not certified so) & vegan-friendly. 

Young Henry's Natural Lager is made with 4 natural ingredients: hops, malt, water & yeast. The haziness of its golden appearance is due to the fact that it was created without filtering, preserving the delicate citrus aroma & taste in the lager. This is a gentle, easy-drinking beer with a dry finish. Best served cold.
