Note: For small events(with only one staff request), the minimum booking policy of 4hrs booking will apply.

Cancellations Penalty: If you cancel or alter a booking within 24 hours of the scheduled event start, a minimum fee equivalent to a four-hour payment for each staff member will be charged.

Discretionary Adjustments: We will always attempt to accommodate event changes as best as possible, provided notice is given at the earliest available opportunity.
